    Hello all

Pls suggest where I can buy comfortable shoes and sandals which I can wear on summer dress. Whatever I bought start hurting after walking some time. I am in u.s.

I've searched a lot for such sandals over the years. I've found Walmart's Earth Spirit to be the most comfortable while retaining at least some "look" factor. Borrowing a term from interior decoration, they are a mix of shabby-chic and earth-lover-chic.

Try it out. Can't go wrong for that price range. The ones that have an inch heel are also as comfortable as flat.

I like Born, Earth, Rockport Cobb Hill, Sofft, Ecco and Walking Cradles for comfortable shoes. I almost always buy from Zappos or 6pm.com.

:grinning: They are just soooooo comfortable, like mom's old much-washed cotton saree used as cover in the summer.

My favorite one has toe prints and indentations in it by now. So, I try not to wear it to places where I might need to take them off.

DD tried to borrow one pair with the logic of "if the shoe fits..." : ) I got so mad... : )

Hush puppies, Clark’s. Not very chic looking but very comfortable.

I find Birkenstocks most comfortable. Dr Scholl's work, too.
