    Ah.. it feels so good to be back even if it is to just mark the presence. sorry for the mia. it was so uncomfortable to sit as i hurt my tailbone when i fell. thank god for small mercies.

    so getting back to routine slowly along with the pain.. just walking simple,slow to keep doing something. i read somewhere, even limping towards the goal is better than lying idle.

    keep the motivation up. @SGA how are things going..congrats on getting back to the 48-49..
