    How is your cramp? Feeling better? Take care.

    Loved those three beautiful thoughts. Got more determined to walk.

    Yesterday-25/4/15- 2miles LS walk.

    Today-26/4/15-2 miles LS walk.

    I have stopped the regular walk outside due to cold weather.

    @suryakala mam, the cramp is bad, the sciatica is aggravating, for some reason. so going for physiotheraphy too..thanks for asking..
