    Hi Friends,

    I'm not very regularly visiting these days,but trying to do my miles and stacking it in mind...will update when i make a visit...

    These Winter made me to put few pounds...so now started Veggies, soups diet too..cutdown rice and bread...taking Quinoa &oats instead...

    22nd April- nil but went for indoor rock climbing for 1.5 hours so I guess some workout hanging and climbing those rocks!

    23rd April- nil :(

    have been walking 4, 4 miles yesterday and today.

    it has been a very day of less motivation..due to cramping leg..and my doctor says these are part of the package...lol..and what else bear and grin and chin up...
