    @sunnaa will tell her.she has been searching for the peppermint essence/oil for long, to make milkshakes and candies for me.(i love the pepper mint flavor).maybe i will get some through some online site soon.

    @fari i know, most of the moves are almost like leslie..maybe it is the beat or whatever..the first mile is easy. the 3rd is a little hard atleast for me.. i only attempt 1 or 2 at a time and switch back to leslie 5 miles..that is a breeze for me..no serious strain. keep going.

    @sga i know it is the emotional issues that pull you down more than the physical issues.can understand what your mom must be feeling. i wish things turn out better soon..loads of wishes and prayers your way for settling down..and ask her to keep drinking water or chaas with black salt or lona (low sodium salt available in pharmacies) and hugs to you love stay strong..

    it is so hot.. but more than the heat it is the humidity that is playing truant in my case. if it was easy to lose weight because of sweating, then i can lose atleat more than 1/2kg a day . that is how bad it is . yesterday humidity was around 70% and today the morning itself is so hot and bright and i am sweating like a tap that has been left open..i am not comfortable sitting inside the ac the whole day..

    yesterday i just did the 10000 steps in my accupedo...that is 4 miles approximately.

    April 21: The biggest loser 1&2, 30 min regular walk.

    Drink lots of water Shanvy di, pls have bananas, coconut water, coconut milk, rice flakes & fruits. I usually make Aval milk (mix mashed bananas, rice flakes, coconut milk & sugar), which is very good during summer.

    Here in Bangalore the climate is good, its hot outside, but they r is no need to switch on the fan normally (after exercise I have to ).

    22nd April 2015 - 2 miles (1 mile with LS & 1 mile with WL power walk)


    I've started feeling energetic due to these walks. They are simple and achievable. and feels satisfied and completed.
