    Same here .... Heat is playing part in my life ....

    Mom is good somedays n worst somedays , she taking too much tension of my marriage , she reduced 8kg weight in last 2month .... Did her check up , all reports are normal , nothing major but she is getting small small health issues on day to day basis , not eating propoerly , cant walk much etc etc

    April 20th: The biggest loser power walk 1 & 30 min out door walk.

    @Shanvy di: its a grt video. Did only 1 mile yesterday. usually I do LS 3 miles at one go, but didn't sweat like this before. Feeling grt after the power walk. will try to do 2 miles today.

    somehow missed reading this post.. haha I understand the frustration.. I was so frustrated during my India trip last year more so because I started baking here in US where everything is so readily available and in India I had to struggle a lot to even find basic things!

    knee is better..thanks for asking! :) give love to your DD and say that she can make the donuts and distribute them..no weight gain then..haha
