    @Shanvy , I had pain and decided not to challenge my knees further. Walked only 1.2Kms.

    @fari and @gokusha welcome back. keep walking a step at a time and you will be covering a mile/two..keep moving the best exercise to keep you up and motivated...

    @Suryakala maam, do listen to your body. make it is simple slow walks if the knee hurts. do check out leslie walks that we all follow..so that you can do a mile of that at your leisure at home instead of going out on days when you feel the pain. is the winter giving you knee pain?

    have been doing 4 miles in the last 2 days....and 5 miles today.

    Yes, it is the winter that is setting in here. Today, I didn't go out. I will do it at home. I have checked out Leslie Walk and I like it.

    so keep moving and you are goign to burn those calories so what if it takes double the time, the key is not to stop and start again and losing the momentum, the trick is to keep doing it and winning with the consistency..

    today i again did the biggest loser- mile 1 and mile 2.. and 30 minutes of regular walk..
