    Walked 20mins morning. Will go 30mins after lunch and 1hr in evening..

    Thanks suma for the tips....As i m working as Software Engineer I do almost all the tips what u have mentioned...

    morning lemon with honey
    breakfast veg salad
    lunch 1/2 cup rice with fish and ravioli small amt
    snack dark chocolate half bar and coffee
    dinner 4 chapathi and milk
    exercise ls walk 2 miles

    My diet for day

    1. Morning Drink - Water + Orange 3 slices

    2. Breakfast - Oats + 1 cup coffee

    3. Mid break - 2slice orange

    4. Lunch - brown rice + carrot

    5. Evening Tea -tea+ carrot + 2 marie biscuit

    6. Dinner - plan to have fruits or fruit juice alone

    My periods got delayed so waiting for pregnancy test to continue with exercise..

    Today
    missed early morning workout-becose of sinus had severe nose block,slight head ache and no proper sleep.Eyes burned so skipped.
    But into Gym,did
    20 minutes cardio-treadmill
    20 minutes cycling
    10 minutes stepper and
    10 minutes - stretching lower abdomen exercise.

    Happy with today's workout.Feel LIGHT.:-D

    Super tips.
    Past few yrs don't have helper at home.
    Keeping myself busy all time helped me to maintain my weight.

    appointed a helper(only for washing vessels and mopping) by the end of last month as to get some free time in the morning for the GYM workout.
    Sweeping,dusting etc, ..its all my work.

    Since I'm in the center place of the area.never look for an auto.walk..walk..walk.
    I love walking.

    I am yet to see my weight. But my neighbor complimented me with some sweet, the most wonderful word last night. She said that I have gone down a bit, and look good. She has no idea about my weight reduction mission, so I take her compliment as a special gift for this tough mission.

    My update:
    Morning: Horliks (125 cal)
    Today I was extremely hungry, as I had to sleep with some pain killers last night for severe back pain so I gave up my morning honey/warm water mixure

    Breakfast: 2 egg rotties (500 cal)

    Mid : Black coffee (0 cal)

    Lunch : White rice and fish/veg (500 cal)

    Eve : Green tea (0 Cal)

    Dinner : 2 chapatis with chilli paste (250 cal)

    Total Cal : 1375
    Total Cal need : 1800 (Since I am in postpartum)

    Work out: Walking for 20 mins in the evening : 100 cal burning
    House hold chores in the eve : 50 Cal burning

    Today my meals seem heavy, since I had a very tough diet yesterday, and I feel almost weak at work today

    I know i am late and you guys have already started. But hope you all believe BETTER LATE THAN NEVER so ladies please let me also join with you. I seriously want to loose my weight. My brothers wedding in coming up in the month of May so i really want to loose this weight.
