    Iam doing good. Seriously want to lose my weight for my Brother's wedding. After 4 years I am coming to india. Surely I will add juices in my daily diet...Thank you soo much..:)

    Hi Buds....
    My starting weight ( 1/25/2014 ) - 162 pounds
    My current weight ( 2/16/2014 ) - 154pounds.
    My daily routine work out:
    Going to gym 4 times in a day after my each meal like
    6:00 am - my coffee time
    7 to 8 am - Gym
    9:00 am - Break fast time
    10:00 am - Gym again
    12:00 pm - lunch
    1:00 pm - need to rest till 3 pm .bec of my daughter.I have 5 years old daughter.
    3:00 pm - Green tea must.
    4:00 pm - Gym
    6:00 pm - dinner time and finish all my work and enjoy with my family till 8 pm
    8:00 pm - again gym. Will finish my remaining calories.
    10:00 pm - after bath will sleep happily.....:)

    Actually Gym is very near to my house. So most of the time I am spending there only...:)

    This is my daily routine workout and diet....:)

    I'd like to join too. I have PCOD and TTC and to complicate the matter I have arthritis so am on medications constantly. But I badly want to shed some weight at least 15 kgs. With my limitations, I would like to work on losing 1-2 kgs every month.

    I haven't tried any diets. Currently I just try to achieve 10,000 steps a day. I have a pedometer to track my activity - it includes 30-45 mins of walking which is my only exercise for now.

    I'd like to know when i shd report my weight and whether there is a group challenge to do? Is this a weekly thing or we just post daily what and how we do things? I don't see a pattern here, that's why I was asking..

    Hi Every one....
    Today I checked my weight.
    I lost 3 pounds in this week(2/16/2014 -2/23/2014). sundays only I check my weight. Feeling soo happy....:)
    If I lose some weight then will go restaurant for lunch. It's my rule.
    so I went there and enjoyed all food....Yummy:banana


    week - 1 challenge (2/21/2014 -2/28/2014) - 5 pounds. - 17500 calories
    2/23/2014 - update :

    My Diet :

    1. 6:00 am - Coffee
    2. 9:00 am - kiwi fruits-2
    3. 12:00 pm - Resturant food
    4. 3:00 pm - No green tea
    5. 6:00 pm -Cereals + fruits

    My Exercise :

    Gym - 2500 calories.

    I am also very keen on losing weight...becoz recently i was found to be diabetic... so i thought i should lose weight somehow... around 10 kgs to reach my ideal bmi.
    I saw your diet chart. Please help me thru my diet. I am working as Control Engineer here in Singapore.
    I have started to drink hot green tea as my first step ... One of my friend bought me many varieties of Green tea when she went to her homwtown in China.
    Other plans , Pls suggest me. For now im going to follow ur diet plan...to avoid rice..
    I have treadmill and cycle at home.....need to do some vigorous exercises.

    after a loooooong standing out((((??dunno where to stick)))),stepping IN here to update my weight loss(back into shape) journey,actually the word "SOME weight Loss" of the thread tittle pulled me here.


    In mid forty,and a mom of 18 yr boy,worried much about my SHAPE,nowadays.:biggrin2:

    So joined GYM nearby on 20th Feb,2014.


    Now,Hurry to Gym workout.

    yeah I know 6 Kgs per month is too much.
    I am targeting 4Kg/month and may be 1 kgs this week.
    that would also be great.

    Can someone help me with rules and regulations of this thread..like when to update weihgt, or do v hvave small groups in this team etc etc...feeling losted...dunno frm where to start.
