Come lets loose some Weight (People who are serious to Loose weight, Only please)

    Friday 21/02/2014

    My diet for day

    1. Morning Drink - Warm Water
    2. Breakfast - Two Doas's ( oil less) with tomato chutney
    3. Mid break - 1 cup orange juice
    4. Lunch - Burger but without cheese and fries
    5. Evening Tea - Green tea (plan )
    6. Dinner - bowl of Soup (plan )
    My Exercise for day :-

    Walk :-
    20 mins
    Gym :- 20 mins

    Saturday 22/01/2014

    1. Morning Drink - Warm Water
    2. Breakfast - Two Slices of brown bread and one boiled egg
    3. Mid break - 1 cup orange juice
    4. Lunch - Biryani :(
    5. Evening Tea - Green tea
    6. Dinner - bowl of fruits
    My Exercise for day :- None (dint get any time )

    Suma :- rightly said as it is the weekend maybe we should put in some more effort .

    Prameela :- Good start , excellent diet and liked your weekly challenge and calorie count . will take note from tomorrow.

    I feel very very guilty for the biryani and burger ,thank you so much for motivating girls will do my best to work on my food. Iam 68 currently and plan to loose 10 Kgs in 3 months

    1. Morning Drink - Lemon + honey water, 10 curry leaves

    2. Breakfast - Brown bread + 1/2 egg+1/2 cup milk

    3. Mid break - Today nothing had in mid

    4. Lunch - had brown rice+gravy+rasam

    5. Evening Tea -coffee +2 biscuits +1 veg puff (this should be avoided)

    6. Dinner - 1 dosa


    My Exercise for day

    Yoga -25 mins
    walk-20 mins

    Count me in.my current weight is 78 kg. I wish to reach my pre-pregnancy weight 60kg.yes! I know It's a long way to go.i used to attempt weight loss diet but end up eating alot.i think with some encouragement and updating I can make it happen so let me give it a try

    week - 1 challenge (2/21/2014 -2/28/2014) - 5 pounds. - 17500 calories
    2/22/2014 - update :

    My Diet :

    1. 6:00 am - woke up late today.
    2. 9:00 am - coffee
    3. 12:00 pm - 1 chapathi + Chicken Curry+ Butter Milk
    4. 3:00 pm - Green Tea
    5. 6:00 pm -Cereals + Grapes

    My Exercise :

    Gym - 2500 calories.

    Tomorrow will check my weight and update soon...:)

    Your Diet looks super good but just a concern if you are consuming 1200 calories as required . Just hoping you are nutritionally adequate as over a period of time, you may not be getting enough of certain nutrients.
    Bravo girl 2,500 calories burn out every day ..wow
    also I think its a good idea to include the water intake .

    will come back in the evening to post mine.

    Hey pramila hi, how r you, im new to the site and just came accross ur post, if you seriously want to loose weight you can consider some diet changes, do a google search for"juicing for life" read and see if it is helpful, im trying it at present, wish you luck!

    Hi Mayaram....
    Thank you soo much for your valuable advise. Iam drinking sooo much water during excercise.Actually I am going to gym 4 times in a day after every meal. So I am not feeling hungry. Now Iam active and feels lighter also....:)
    Iam taking multi vitamins daily. Hmmm will try to change my diet also....Thank you...:)
