    Padmaja dear your diet looks good..

    This is what i do during office hours.

    Use stairs. I work in 2nd floor, but for restroom i go 4th floor.
    So whenever i want to go restroom i climb stairs :thumbsup

    If your job allows, walk 30mins during office hours itself ideasmiley

    Increase walking to 1hr.. And if you like dance try Dance Aerobics..
    (I dont know a step but trying using youtube videos)

    Dont skip coz its weekend, even if you cant do anything,


    1. Go to window shopping to a mall, i am sure we will
    easily make min 30mins walk, going through all floors ideasmiley

    2. How about Romantic walk with dh evening for 1hr ??ideasmiley

    week - 1 challenge (2/21/2014 -2/28/2014) - 5 pounds. - 17500 calories

    My Diet :

    1. 6:00 am - coffee
    2. 9:00 am - cereals
    3. 12:00 pm - 1 chapati + salad + cauliflower curry + Butter Milk
    4. 3:00 pm - Green Tea
    5. 6:00 pm - 1 chapati + salad + Bendi Curry + smoothie.

    My Exercise :

    Gym - 2500 calories.

    what is TTC and PCOD.

    I also would like to join you people .[
    I have a target of 12kg by end of April.
    in total around 30 Kgs.
    I am not keeping complete target at one go as the moment I see that figure I get demotivated and don't feel like doing anything...

    You are talking about 12kgs in 2 months(march,april)..
    i.e about 6kgs per month.

    Ideal healthy weight loss is 3-4kgs.. So plan accordingly...

    TTC is trying to conceive.
