    Hi everyone,

    I was totally out of track from the past 3 days. I dont have control on my mouth and i had everything and anything :bonk. And i didnot do any walk or exercise also. I had really gone mad, and i dont know whats the reason also:hide:. From today i will control myself and be on track.

    Till Saturday,I'm fine with.
    Sunday my nieces were here for lunch.ghee rice+Pepper chicken.yumsmiley
    Made brownie.Had it with ice-cream,then casata slices,mango duet bars...chocolates..
    Yesterday my elder sis here.Made variety of dishes,filled my tummy.
    BUT
    Theres no escape from my daily work-out.
    I'm in track.

    NOW
    Weigh machine scale-calling out me for a kick out.:cry:[​IMG]

    Again iam on track now with more active and happy to do healthy diet....

    Sunday I checked my weight...lost 1 pound ...feeling happy. Now iam in 149 pounds only....:party

    Hi everyone,


    From the past 3 days i m not following any diet or any exercise..I was totally out of track. I dont have control on my mouth and i had everything and anything . And i didnot do any walk or exercise also.:hide: I had really gone mad, and i dont know whats the reason also. More over the maid is not coming from past 2 days and i m completely occupied with householding work and rushing to office...Dont have time to do any workout..:bowdown. I will start following again from tomorrow on wards..

    Girls how everyone is doing...seems every is occupied completely no much posts...gigglingsmiley

    You know what we all do ??

    Control diet and do lots of exercise from Mon-Fri. Weekends we become spoiled kids.:yes:

    And we loose during mon-fri and get back those weight on weekends.:bonk

    Dear friends,

    I really wanted to share one thing..I happended to watch a very sad news last week.
    While doing workout for 2 hours in a gym ,a guy(age <35) collapsed to death on a treadmill.
    Friends..Pls dont give too much strain to your body


    Coming back to my updates..
    I could not do any workout for last 4 days but maintained diet
    To my surprise..I reduced 1 pound..pls dont ask me..how
    Now I am 68.5 kg..target is to come down to 68kg by 19th Mar

    from now onwards ,will post my updates daily

    Feel sorry for that pity soul.RIP.

    Before getting into Gym I had a thorough study of the Gym equipment.
    I learnt that running or jogging on treadmill is not advisable.
    But I see most of the youngsters in Gym keep running to burn more calories....while I'm on slow pace nearby,that "THUD THUD" noise makes me :shaking:.

    Starting and Stopping all of a sudden when on high speed increases BP which results in cardiac attacks/breathing problems.

    There is pre and post warm up walk for 2 minutes.Dunno if everyone is using that option.

    One more know demerit is knee injuries.
    While walking/jogging/running on earth,theres no applied force or pressure on knee joints as we adjust the speed according to our willingness.speed,position can be altered.
    BUT on treadmill we have to go along with the speed of the machine and too much of repeated pressure on knee joint to co-ordinate the speed.

    Long term use of treadmill for jogging/running/high speed walking sure to cause bad impacts on knee.
    So better be on medium and medium high speed walk on treadmill shorter time of 20 minutes.

    Hi Everyone,

    Now I am on track from past two days, both with the diet and exercise. Here are the updates
    12/3 updates

    Morning: Warmwater +honey+lemon
    Breakfast: 4 idlies + peanutchutney + till chutney
    Mid Morning : 1 orange + Green tea
    Lunch : Veg fried rice
    Evening : Chickpea sundal + green tea
    Dinner : Gobi paratha + amla pickle

    Exercise : Today I tried LS 1 Mile walk. This is the first time i tried. and i will try to do it for a week and move to 2 miles.

    Hi Lakshmi and Yashikushi...

    I was shocked after hearing the sad news about him who is doing exercise for more than 2 hours....

    I want to share one thing to all you gals who were concerned about me that

    I am really enjoying my diet and exercise. I won't do gym for more than 1 hour anytime.

    even in 1 hour I take a break for every 15 mins. I drink lots of water during exercise.

    This is my secret to continue burning lots of calories.
