    Do u remember we have already spoken abt u r blog last week it seems. You sent me PM as well...I recollected later nowfriendssmiley

    Name: Padmaja
    Target: To lose 10 kgs
    Kids: TTC (PCOD & Hypo Thyroid)
    Method: Walking, Yoga, Diet

    My diet:


    Early morning : Warm Water+lemonjuice+honey


    Break Fast : Broken wheat UPMA, OATS, CRONFlakes, MUSIEL, DOSA,IDLI,Multi Grain Bread with jam or honey 1 cup tea or skimmed milk.


    Mid Morning: 1 Cup Green Tea


    Lunch: Chapathi with curry, Veg Salad, Sandwich with brown bread +Juice/Buttermilk


    Evening: 1 cup tea with biscuit(Could not control)
    sometimes hand full of dry fruits.


    Night: Now i m having rice slowly i will stop with full of fruits.

    Great plan. Btw, from bitter past experience, please don't give up on the dairy. Continue your Horlicks(I love Horlicks), esp since you are TTC. Take the recommended servings of milk/curd/other milk products.
    And start taking a prenatal vitamin if you are not doing so already.

    Good is luck to all of you! I won't be joining you but will drop a note in here ocassionally for moral support since I also had a weight loss target of 10-14kgs and am almost there. You girls will too by July/August. I'm sure of it.

    All the best ladies and i am with Laks09. I have been there and done it. You shd find out what is your body's enemy. Mostly it will be white sugar or Rice or any junk food, or even the time interval between meals :).
    Just for motivation i lost 10 kilos in a span of 8 months and i have been maintaining it without much effort.

    Din: 1 cup vege soup
    Excercise : 15 mins brisk walk 15 mins at the gym

    Day -1
    Gym - 1500 calories
    Diet :
    6:00 am - coffee
    9:00 am - soup
    12:00 pm - 1 chapatti + salad + Egg plant curry + butter milk
    3:00 pm - green tea
    6:00 pm - 3 pizza slices.

    count me in too.I have a 3 yr old kid.I'm hypothyroid and PCOD.

    For my daily routine i eat brown rice/oats/quiona/multigrain bread.I have started to include lots of fruits and veggies in my diet.I do elliptical and yoga atleast 4 days a week.I am addicted to having chai and marie biscuit and trying to stop that.Will post my progress regularly.

    Todays update:
    Honey+lemon water
    10 Curry leaves
    Had 2 slice apple + little water melon (while packing to office)
    Break fast had at 11 only - Kollu kanji
    12:30 - one hand ground nuts + green tea
    1:30 - brown rice + rasam +kothamalli chutney (not prepared veggies today)
    by 4:30 - one sundal (today prepraed kollu) dnt know what going to happen ...as morning also kollu kanju as heat may be high..
    by 6:30 - watermelon slices thr + apple slices
    by 9- apple + remaining cut fruits + oats kanji...

    Work out - Yoga - 20 mins
    LS walk - 2mile
    Hot water - 7 cups

    Please key in if any changes or if i m over eating too ...and one more is i m having brown basmathi rice..dnt know whether it is good or not..?
