    I didnt diet during this weekend, but just made sure I don't even touch any junk or restaurant type of foods. Also I reduced, or omitted certain type of meals.

    I was at my brother's home during this weekend, and it was so difficult for me to keep my mouth controlled, as my SIL and her mother was so generous with serving variety of tasty foods. They kept on insisting me to eat during the weekend, as I was their special guest na?
    I somewhat controlled, and didn't touch anything too oily or sweet. But no work out, and no sleep (Whole night chatting and chatting)

    Will resume my tasks from today

    Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend munching tasty snacks and delicious food

    Here goes my update for 28thFeb,1st and 2nd Mar

    28th Feb:

    8:00AM:1/2 cup tea
    9 AM: 2 dosas
    11:30AM:green tea
    12:45PM: 1 1/2 cup rice palak dal with bendi fry
    4:30PM 1 cup green tea with 1/2 veg brown bread sandwich
    8:30PM: 1 cup broken wheat upma with buttermilk

    Workout: 25 mins elliptical (250 cal)

    1st Mar

    8:30AM:1/2 cup tea
    10AM:1/2 cup broken wheat upma
    11:30AM:1/2 cup tea
    12:45PM: 1 1/2 cup rice bottlegourd curry with rasam
    4:30PM 1 cup tea with 2 rusk
    8PM: 2 moong dal dosa with buttermilk

    Workout:15 mins elliptical (200 cal)

    I checked my weight after 10days...69.7kg to 69.2kgs
    Kept a small goal for next week..must see in 68.x kg in weighing m/c
    Happily updating my ticker :)


    2nd Mar

    8:30AM:1/2 cup tea with 2 rusk
    10AM:1 moong dal dosa
    11:30AM:1/2 cup tea
    12:45PM: 1 1/2 cup veg biryani (prepared with 2 tsp oil and less spices),mushroom curry ,raita
    5:30PM 1 cup tea
    8PM: 1 cup veg biryani

    Workout: 20 mins elliptical (350 cal)

    Here is the recipe

    Oats - 1 cup (U can use as it is, but better if u make it to powder)
    Rice flour - 2 tbsp
    Rava/Sooji - 2 tbsp
    Buttermilk - 1/4 cup (U can use water also to make it to batter, the butter milk gives a different sort of flavour. I mostly use water only)
    Green Chilli - 1 finely chopped
    Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped
    Cumin/jeera seeds - 1 tsp (optional)
    Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp(optional
    Salt as required.

    Mix everything and make dosa. It will be very soft, so while flipping should be a bit careful. It would be better to make small dosas

    4:30PM :green tea
    8PM: 2 moong dal dosa

    Walk : 45 min


    2nd Mar

    8:30AM:Warm water +honey+lemon
    9.30 AM: 4 puri with aloo sabzi:bang

    1:0PM: Rice with chicken curry
    5:00PM : 2 Oats biscuts + 2 Ragi biscuits and Green tea
    8PM: 2 roti + chicken curry.

    Hi Every one....
    Today I checked my weight and lost 1.5 pounds.
    In week- 1 challenge I lost 4.5 pounds out of 5 pounds.
    Hope will reach my target in week -2 challenge.

    3/2/2014 update :

    Gym : 1500 calories only.
    Diet : Restaurant food. Enjoyed a lot this weekend with yummy food.
    I will start healthy diet and exercise from tomorrow.....:wave

    How are you doing? I lost form Thursday...could not be able to give any updates. I gone through all the posts shared by you girls...Good every one is on track expcept me...:bang Here is my update but could not able to do any workout...


    Here go my update on 28th Feb

    8AM: 1 Cup tea + 4 biscuits

    10AM:4 Idly with chatny

    1:15PM: 1 cup Chicken biryani with raitha(Could not control my tempatation)

    5PM: 1 panner ban+ 1 piece butterstoch pastry+some aloo chips

    9:15 PM: 1 bowl Veg biryani prepared at home with lots of veggies


    Here go my update on 1st Mar

    8AM: 1 cup tea + 3 biscuits

    10AM: 1 Onion Dosa

    1:30: Rice+ Dal+curd

    5PM: 4 Veg momos + 1 cup cappcuinio(Gone to CCD with DH for Leisue evening)

    8:15 PM: Veg Maggi

    10PM:pomogranate


    Here go my update on 2nd Mar

    8AM: 1 cup tea + 3 biscuits

    10AM: 1 Onion Dosa+ 2 Plain Dosa

    11:30AM: 1 cup Green tea

    1:30: Rice with Rasam+ Gobi streamed with olive oil

    5PM: 1 cup tea + little bit snack prepared at home

    9:00 PM: 3 Dosa with chicken curry


    I am just doing a LS for 30 min all over the days.. could not find any improvement of lose of weight...:bowdown

    let me push my self for yoga ...

    Thought its only me who was in FULL meals Yesterday(home made custard cake,rich fruit cake,pepper chicken, ghee rice,slice of pizza- but counted cal),but after reading the replies,many in "Q" with tempting tummies. gigglingsmiley
    (s)lightly relieved.:biggrin2:

    But buddies must have 100% self control over your taste buds.

    Ok.lets march actively towards this months weight reduction mission.Right.

    Today slight change in my work out session.....
    Early morning (40 minutes) - 6 types of crunches and some stretching :)

    10-11.30 - gym work out

    Evening-had a plan of doing some yoga aasanas for 1/2 hr,but caught in shopping.moneysmiley

    From tom will stick to three time work out.
