    Becose of these simple body shaking,my Body 100% flexible always.
    while dusting underneath,I can fold n fit myself under the sofa.:)

    Only thing I'm looking n working out is burning the fat off butts.

    Here go my update on 27th Feb

    8AM: 1/2 cup tea

    10AM:1 cup mixed fruits + green tea

    11 :30 AM : 75ml milk

    1:15PM: 1 cup mixed fruits

    5PM: 1/2 cup coffee

    8:15 PM: 3 dosas

    10PM:buttermilk

    Workout: Nil:bonk

    week - 1 challenge (2/21/2014 -2/28/2014) - 5 pounds. - 17500 calories
    2/27/2014 - update :

    My Diet :

    1. 6:00 am - Coffee
    2. 9:00 am - 1 Toast + smoothie
    3. 12:00 pm - 1 roti + cauliflower and broccoli curry + v8
    4. 3:00 pm - Nil
    5. 6:00 pm - multi grain kichidi + channa curry

    My Exercise :

    Gym - 2500 calories.

    Morning: Honey/Warm water and lemon drops
    Break fast: Kiribath (Coconut milk rice a typical Sri Lankan local food) - 200 cal
    Mid: Black coffee
    Lunch: Brown rice with fish
    Eve: Nothing as I am gotta travel this eve
    Dinner : Rice with chicken (I know its bit heavy, but oh boy... my weekend has started)

    Exercise : Walk for 20 mins at night

    Breakfast : 2 dosa with dal and pudina chutney
    Lunch : 4 idlies
    Evening : A fist of Boondi and half cup Knorr soup
    Dinner : 2dosa (I wanted to finish the batter which was left out from yesterday )

    1 hr walk in the park.

    breakfast 1 banana nd 2 dates nd lemon with honey
    snack iced coffee low fat
    Lunch 1 cup baked green curry rice and 2 chapathis
    snack green tea and dark chocolate half bar
    dinner Hakka noodles and mothers horlicks

    exercise just a 15 mins casual walk
