Hi Yashi birdie,

Thanks for a fantastic trip to the HERMIT CRAB WORLD.
The pictures were wonderful.....the last one has a weird effect and the eyes can play tricks if you gaze at it for a long time.To my eyes it appeared like an angry Barbie dolls face in rage with golden tresses flying all around !! Time to change my glasses I guess ...must make an appointment with the opthamologist for sure !:biglaugh

That last pics reveals the symbiotic relationship bet the sea-anemone.

try not to pick many seashells when you go to the beach. leave them for the crabs! :idea

Whenever I see sea-shells in the shops, nowadays, I think of the hermit crab and its dwelling place.

No worry Srini.You pick them one and replace them with bulk of coconut shells,containers,Eslon pipes.
OR Keep them as pets and you can show and provide them as much of shells you can.
