I was a terrible cook but I am getting better every day. My husband used to tell me the same " please don't do any more pareeshanams...if you really have to do pareeshanams, make it in a small quantity". Well after all the trial and error cooking, now I can make excellent cake, our naadan cake, which is very easy if you follow the direction. If you want, I can give you the recipe.

Payasam - start making it with semiya. It is easy and will come out ok for the 1st time itself. Eventually it will be delicious.

cooking is something you have to keep on trying.

Hey Cochin girls,
I am not a Cochiniite but Trivandrumiite who loves Cochin. My brother was in Cochin for 12 years and I ued to visit at least thrice a year. First he lived in Edappally and later in Ravipuram, just next to the Ravipuram temple. That place was so convenient to go anywhere. We used to take my young son to the Darbar Hall ground and he used to p lay there from 5 to 9 in the evenings. That place is so good, I used to take walks when my son played. Babies were just let to play there, only good grass is grown so even if babies fall down, they won't get hurt. But now for the past 3 years, I had not visited the place though my sister is in Edappally.
I like Cochin because it is more decent that Trivandrum.People are more cosmo there.And being a small place with lots of good places to visit, I used to love going there. Hope to visit this year.

chinnu .. naan undakki undakkiya padikaare... ente first sambar rasam pole ayirunnuu...third time anne sambar ayathe..he loves my sambar now..now i think i shoud try making payasam... any one knows recipe for ADAPRATHAMAN...or is it very difficult...chinnu i hav done semiya before..

pinne cake undakumbool try to buy that blender...it takes a hell lot of time & energy to make the butter sugar mix.i was successful with the new year cake(my 2nd try) i will post the most basic butter cake recipe if u want.

neets atleast sambar undakiyalo.. njaan ithu vare sambar undakiyatilla.. 9 months kazhichu.. I still haven't tried making sambar.. DH is ok with it, so :bowdown
