    Hello Kuttysnandu,
It sure is a messy situation. Don't worry about it much because there is not much one can do with bleach spots on a 5 yr old carpet. Moreover, one way or another the apartment manager was going to charge you for replacing the carpet once you move out since it is 5 yrs old. Usually, depending on the time of your stay in an apartment, the charges for replacing the carpet are decreased. The longer you stay, the lesser you might end up paying at move out. The only way of not having to pay for a carpet replacement is to have a clean carpet, or one that can be cleaned with a shampoo or carpet wash. If the rest of the carpet is clean or is washable then what you can do is contact a local carpet installer or the carpet installer in your apartment complex and see if they have a patch of carpet that they can help you replace. Its worth a try. For the time being, you can just cover the stains with an area rug. Good luck with your carpet cleaning efforts.

    Hey hajira

    Thats so nice of you..
He says that the carpet life is 10 yrs :(
The spots aren't so much visible..
I checked with the manager whether he has any piece..
He is denying that he doesn't have any piece...
We are planning to move out of this home as its a junior bed..
Yeah longer we stay..Lesser we have to pay..
