    I happened to see this rava in the supermarket.

    You can use this Ciroti rava for preparing Kesari bath.
    Also it can be mixed with Idli batter, if the batter is sour.

    Chiroti rava is a thin/small rava, used to make a sweet called chiroti's is what my mind says..

    U can make rava idli, rava dosa, rava kesari
    u can make rava porridge, rava pongal
    and also for rava dokla!!

    Sweetsc can be made like samosa, milk poli, even poli too. You have to knead the flour a lot and it must be soaked minimum 3 or 5 hours.

    Even Malvani Fish fry is coated with this rawa and then fried for the crispy texture.
