    hi mythvardoo,
    you can powdered the cinnamon sticks in mixie.when you add cinnamon powder and honey,you dont need to filtered or take it out.

    can we give for small kids? my daughter is 5 and half and son is 3 and half. i have tried for cold. it works. (one tablespoon honey in luke warm water with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder). pls. advise.
