CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES INGREDIENTS 15 medium sized strawberries 170gms (6 ounces) bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped METHOD Wash and thoroughly dry strawberries. Place in single layer on a towel. Line sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Heat bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler or in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water,until about 2/3 melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir until completely melted. Holding strawberries by stem, dip each berry until at least 3/4 coated (leave some red at the top). Wave strawberry over chocolate to allow excess chocolate to drip off. Place dipped berries on the prepared sheet pan. Chill in fridge until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes. Serve.
