Hey Friends, has anybody tried the chocolate chip cookies from the latest Femina Magazine? If not, try it now. I'm copying it from the magazine itself. Prep time: 20 mins Cooking Time: 35 mins Makes: 30 pieces 45g cocoa powder 75g flour a pinch baking powder 200g castor sugar 200g whole almonds, chopped 200g chocolate chips 5 eggs 250g unsalted butter, melted 1. Combine the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, castor sugar, almonds and chocolate chips in a mixing bowl. 2. Add the eggs to the bowl and mix. 3. Add the melted butter to the mixture, making sure the butter is not too hot. 4. Spoon round portions of the mixture onto a baking tray. 5. Baking it at 180 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes. Best served warm. I've tried it myself and it is simply yummmm... Hav Fun... Enjoy! And do let me know how does it turn out...
