Thanks for ur reply Archana... I don have any prior experience in dealing with food products. I went to cooking class and learnt to prepare chocolates with diff kind of fillings and i love cooking. So thought of starting in a smaller way....Please suggest. Regards, Priyanka R
My wife and I are chocolatiers. And one of the most harrowing experiences that a chocolatier has is to go to one place for raw material for making chocolate, then go to Avenue Road ( after parking far away) and its by lanes to search for packing material, then to another shop for boxes, ets, then to another for moulds and other chocolate requirements.
