Thanks for ur reply Archana...

I don have any prior experience in dealing with food products. I went to cooking class and learnt to prepare chocolates with diff kind of fillings and i love cooking. So thought of starting in a smaller way....Please suggest.

My wife and I are chocolatiers. And one of the most harrowing experiences that a chocolatier has is to go to one place for raw material for making chocolate, then go to Avenue Road ( after parking far away) and its by lanes to search for packing material, then to another shop for boxes, ets, then to another for moulds and other chocolate requirements.

Dear Sailaja,

I know what it feels like to try something new. I am starting children’s fancy dress costumes business here in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" />Hyderabad.

O.K. First few questions:
Have you learnt the art of making chocolates really well?
Have you made these chocolates for friends and family and got a fabulous response?
Do you have a big network of friends and family who can help you promote and sell?
Are you a people’s person? Do you love selling?
Do you love chocolates yourself?

If the answers are all yes, then way to go lady. :cheers
I don’t know where to get the raw materials in Hyderabad but I can help you boost your morale. :thumbsup
Keep posting……
Regards,
Sunita
