its been long since I posted here. Wanted to share this.. During my stay at my mom's after my accident, R had cooked for both him and A. He today told me that the tamarind paste which I had make and refrigerated was so helpful- he could add just the right amount of tamarind.Thanks for the wonderful tip, like so many others.. They make life easy for many like us.

have been using your recipes, especially the ready made pastes, mixes for easy cooking like tamarind , tomato paste etc. although I,m 60 yearold and a seasoned cook myself, your recipes - everyone one that I havevtriedchave been perfect. yes, I was following your ecipes from here only. Only now hubby is cooking... Need wasnt there all these days. So only he was able to see how convenient it was..
