    Dear Varloo,
Oh, Shammi Kapoor - ''YAAHOOOOO, YAHOOOOOO.....- you are transporting me to my younger days.
For breads - for all except white maida bread, try cooking at 220 degC for 10 mtes & 180 degC for 20-25 mts. They need a wee bit longer time to cook.
    Thanks for all FBs!:-D
    Love,
    C.

    Dear Andal,
Oh, you are all making me feel so proud of myself!! I hope it does not get into my head!!
Give your daughter more iron & calcium. If the tablet Rarical is available, give her that regularly. That does help. Also any paracetamol, taken as soon as she gets her periods, along with some solid food, helps a lot on easing the stomach pain. I always advise that to my GDs.
My best wishes to your daughter.
    Love,
    C.

Oh Latha, I am blushing at your first sentence! Can you see??
If you are all confidently cooking when guests drop in, that is the best tribute I ask for.
Halwas are at times tricky. But melt on low fire, remove, add 1-2 tbsp boiling water & stir vigorously. Do learn some 'repair work' also!!:biggrin2:
    Thanks & love,
    C.
