    Dear chitramma,
I recently went to a friend's place. I've seen them preparing a paper adai. It was so watery and yet they were able to prepare a very thin ada. Moreover they took it easily from the tava also.. It was very tasty... It was even more watery than rava dosai consistency. Even i tried preparing that in their house. I was able to turn it without adai getting break. They put only rice and gram dhal with red chillies. grind it nicely and adding lot of water. They keep it outside and make it little sour.
I also prepared tomato thokku with tamarind- within 3 days it got over.

    love..
    lakshmi.

    dearest chitra mami

yest night dinner was schezwan noodles. even this recipe i have gotten it by heart and comes out great every single time. i am able to add a ton of veges to it.. infact half to half noodles and veges. it takes some time to prep everything but cooking is only 5 mins or so. all of us at home relished it.

Yes, S-s. Preparing ie chopping the vegs takeslonger time than cooking & eatiing it. But the taste is good that we do not mind 'investing' in time!:biggrin2:

    Thanks a lot Mrs. C

I didnt spare the chutney. My SIL makes it and i became a huge fan.

She fries Urad dhall, hing, red chillies(same as ordinary thogayals) and adds the cut capsicum pieces with some tamarind and grinds it.

Nyabaga paduthitteley. en adhutha assignment adhudhan.

    Love
    GK
