    Believe me, Rama, because of a sudden power cut, last night, I switched off the system by 9.30 & missed your mail, but YOU DID COME IN MY DREAM & REMINDED ME TO WRITE MY MENU WITHOUT FAIL!

    Nice to hear from you after a break!!
    I learnt M Paneer from a 5 star chef & hence the rich taste.
    Rava cheese cutlet has been tried by hardly 2,3 persons - I wonder why?? Thanks for reminding others about it! Hope more will try it, now.

    In any besan dish, judicious use of the same gives correct results - a little extra means a sure disaster!!
    I too use omum in many dishes & sometimes plain paratha with omum - it is so nice!!
    Now we get tender ginger & I make ginger juliennes with various gadgets - I will post a photo. If you are a ginger lover like me, you will grab it from the monitor!!
    With small babies to mind, you put in a lot of effort!

    Dear Chithra,
    tried special chocolate yesterday. I was not able to unmould the chocolate even after keeping the tray in fridge for some time. It was soft only, not even like cho. burfi. What could be wrong?
    Did not make the biryani, cut my middle finger and so was not able to make it. Will try it soon, I love biryanis too.

    Dear chitramami,

    Tried Aval kesari, Kalyana rasam , Mullangi masal kootu. All r very nice.

    Today when i ask my daughter( 3 1/4 yrs) what u want for dinner, she is saying " Amma chitra mami kitta kaelu, mail anuppu". She likes Aval kesari very much.
