Dear Chithra,
Though not a great cooking weekend, due to work yesterday and upset about IL results today morning, but still did my duty....
Made Adai and Aviyal as per your recipe.Though its a repeat, it came out very well, as always!!!!:bowdown:bowdownto you for (special this time) b'coz at least my Sunday evening was good since Hubby praised me for the great adai n aviyal

I never expirenced this in my life.Even im wondering abut my cooking

Thanks a lot for the great efforts you have done especially the A to Z indexing.I have tried a few of your recipes including Caramel Payasam,vegetable biriyani,vegetable kuruma,potato roast,Pesarattu & ginger chutney,tomato pulav,tomato rice,masala idli.The outcome was :2thumbsup:While browsing through the Shakambari thread for treasure hunting i have bookmarked a lot of recipes to give it a try( Big Laughyes i have learned it the hard way)This week iam planning to make strawberry basundhi.Will get back with more feedbacksComputer Typing.

Gd day to u.
tried few of ur receipes for potato pumpkin jain sabji,koolu dosa,paneer butter masala,tur dal oooothappam with onion garlic chutney,cup idli with coconut chutney,vathaluzambu sadam n ofcourse the mangalore bonda.
all were superb n very tasty ,now iamhappy tht i can prepare different types of idli's.n sadams.esp vathakuzambu sadam as it is quite new to us.tht podi ofcourse does a lot of difference.mangalore bonda was also perfect.
thanks mam for shapping us all as gd cooks,now i can say i do enjoy cooking.
