    Dear Latha,
    Congratulations!
First because you repeatedly try doughnuts successfully & second you have made the same with chocolate coating. Not many have mastered doughnuts, effortlessly.
    Thanks specially for the photo.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    AnbuLLa Prethi,
Since my less often tried recipes are "surfacing", I think it is worth all the trouble I put in indexing.
I use a 6" square deep pan, about 2 " deep. Only then there can be 2 layers & you can cut chunky pieces. A little deep pan only answers the requirements.
Do try it for the pot luck - it is a less common dish.

    AnbuLLa Prethi,
    It is not 6 x 2 but 6 x 6 x 2.

    Dear Suba,
Perhaps, I am repeating for the "n"th time - an idli FB makes me very happy !
Idli, though seemingly simple, is tricky, challenging etc. Many say they hate idlis because they don't get it right - soft & spongy.
Ofcourse Hotel sambar with idli is lip-smacking, I know !
    Thanks, Suba.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Some FBs.

    Dear Mrs.C,

Healthy parata: For the previous day lunch, made out cabbage parata substituting cauliflower parata recipe and it was simply superb. there was no cabbage smell and we all literally enjoyed all paratas.

Simple sadham with tasty podi: Before that, prepared kathirikkai sadham; particularly, that podi, used it for making mullangi sambar, the flavor was so irreresistible. Without any coconut (!!) should be underlined.

Colorful/creamy raita: As a side dish, made capsicum raitha and could not believe it was a capsicum based dish. No raw smell or light kaaram and again without coconut, what a lovely raita!! Simply liked it.

Sincerely appreciate your patience for sharing recipes . Good job, mam.

    Rgds
    Rama.
