    Dear Mam,
Yesterday i made cauliflower sadam and it tasted just tasty and delicious. Due to my tight work schedule i am able to try your recipe only when time permits and hence the delay to give FB. Last sunday i made garlic milagu kuzhambu, but i overadded jaggery by mistake.
I am becoming a great cook because of you.
    Thanks a lot.
    Luv,
    Presci

    Dear Pres,
    Thanks.
I have given some saadams in jiffy thread. They may be suitable for career women like you.
For any dish, jaggery should be added very subtly in such a way that it will not taste sweet, but overall taste will increase !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Spandhana,
    Thanks.
If the bottle gourd is hard, you can pressurecook it & use for sambar, kootu, morkootu etc.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Latha,
    Thanks for both FBs !
Yes, the proportion of water for lapsi varies - you have to determine it right.
Today I made sweet potato vahakuzambu !
I am waiting for doughnut recipe FB. It is a very rare recipe - eggless - an English friend gave me. It is a great favourite in my house !
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Latha,
I am happy you got the doughnuts right.
    For chocolate topping:
Sieve icing sugar (only) & add to it 2 tsp water & Melt on very low fire till it melts & a gloss is seen. Keep the doughnuts ready & quickly pour on top.
Let me know if you try it.
    Love,
    Chithra.
