    One more New Thread that too healthy dishes from other cooks....my god.. Where on earth would i find a dictionary to appreciate all ur hard efforts?? Will my mere Thankyou suffice ur efforts??

    Your post conveys all your feelings !
    Hummus is a heart-friendly recipe as well with just 1 tsp olive oil. I substituted coriander leaves because that is more staple & available for us, right through the year !

    Yesterday I made badam cake...It came out so yummy:drool..

    Actually after you suggested, I wanted to try badam halwa, but discovered that I didn't have the saffron colour and the threads..so changed the idea...

    Next I may try something with the cashews...have already once made cashew mysorepa..will see...and give u the fb later.

    Thanks. Try cashew halwa. It is very easy & tasty also.
    Always keep a small boxof saffron stocked in the freezer ! That is what I do !!

    today's dinner was corn pulav with onion raita.....all of us enjoyed it..aarushi liked it very much as she loves corn.....after a long time i am having corn pulav n just enjoyed every bit of it..

    Thank you so much for starting the new thread. Tarla Dalal is one of my favorites.
    I never knew of herbal hummus am trying today itself. I mean i knew how to make hummus but didnt kno the herbal name.
    Inspite of your busy schedule you are so kind to this for us. Anega kodi namaskaram.

    Corn pulao & mushroom pulao are always special to us !The former looks attractive as well.For such spicy pulaos, just a simple raita is perfect !
