    Dear chithra,
Yesterday dinner had Lapsi dosai which was very good and healthy, made choclate cake request from my son for his classteacher birthday (all students are going to surprise her), so this cake is going to be a treat for the whole class, and ofcourse for us I made eggless raisin cake for the first time and it came out well with a nice brown colour , so we can bake it in MW-hi for 8 min next time I will try in MW.
And yes did Nethu Kottu Mavu Pachadi for cabbage rice today for the lunch box to DH and kids.
    Thanks a lot,
    lots of love,
    latha

    Dear Chithra,
made ragi dosai with onions and green chillies and dhania for dinner yesterday. Was very good. I took off a little urad while grinding for the usual dosai and made this. One part is there to be used in a day or two.
made greens oothappam with methi for breakfast and chinese fried rice for lunch. Rice yet to taste, but oothappam was divine. It makes one meal, with the greens and onions. I add small onions now so the taste is more good.
    Thanks a lot.

    Dear Sk,
    Thankyou.
I know, there are people who still swear only by vengala uruli for sakkarai pongal, arisi upma etc ! But we have to keep up with the moving times - cleaning heavy vessels etc is not easy ! It is time saving & no fear of "bottom-catching" (!).
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Latha,
Yes, lapsi dosai is unbelievably soft & tasty !
Any cake can be baked in MW - but the finished product will not look as browned as in convection oven. But please use, round shallw, ceramic or pyrex bowl.
N K M pachadi is such a quick dish ! Just like Dangar, dear dear dangar!
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Varloo,
Ragi dosai does need all the "singarams" for easy consumption! Small onions go hand in hand with any ragi dish like dosai !
You have become almost a patron of greens oothappam, Varloo !
    Thanks, Varloo.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Latha,
I fully go with you when you say that puli inji is lip-smackingly delicious !
Yes, a little vellam added to any tamarind dish highlights the taste !!
    Thanks for promptly trying it.
    Love,
    Chithra.
