Peshawari chole, amazing in taste & attractive in color.

    Hi Mrs.C,

We all enjoyed the different channa with roti; all of us relished each & every spoons. Such an aroma-adding cinnamon & tea bag while pressure cooking, made the secret, cant believe!!! The best channa I had in my lifetime.

    Thanks.
    R.

    Dear Chithra,
made rajma pulao today for A's lunch box, was delicious as usual. I sliced small onions and made onion oothappam for breakfast too, just so very convenient.

    My dear Chithra,

I made besan paratha and peshwari chole yesterday for our dinner, they were too good. The parathas were soft and very delicious. Peshwari chole was different and tasty, it was too good as a snack also. Thanks for sharing yet another delicacy.

I saw the Dates Mysore Pak recipe and photograph, too good. I shall try it for Deepavali and let you know.

    Love and regards
    Priya

    Dear Priya,
I am sure you kneaded for besan paratha in the FP. It is a bit messy to kneaD BY HAND.
Yes, this chole is typical snack!
You prodded me to try the date Mysorepak! So, do attempt it!!
    Love,
    Chithra.

Re: Tasty tiffins , Tastier snacks!

What a telepathy?? Yesterday only, we were all discussing on making sweets/savories for the festival and when I was asked for Thattai, was thinking, whether to follow old recipe or new?? If new, where to go, but, the reply is JUST HERE..

    Tons of thanks.
