One quick way to make them is to, cut the aubergines in round shapes, stack the rounds one on top of the other and microwave till they turn soft. Then make them crisp with less oil on the pan. You can use brown rice instead of daliya, there is a brown veg fried rice recipe as well in the blog. Lots and lots of love to you. regards Shiva
Hi Shiva, I made bisibeli dalia this weekend. It tasted great!! :thumbsup I added boiled nutri nuggets in it and tamarind paste and 1 tbsp of bisibeli masala( MTR brand). I just loved it with cucumber raita. Thanks, Supreep
