Any body help me by giving the recipe of fried rice. Main question is whether we need to add garlic & ginger in fried rice?
dear SSV, there are many methods of making fried rice. so, its our wish to add or to omit ginger garlic. this is my simple and healthy version of fried rice. Ingredients: rice (cooked) - 1 cup onion - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp capsicum - 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (finely chopped carrot, beans, cabbage) - 1/2 cup salt and pepper soy sauce - 1 tsp method: 1. cool the cooked rice and keep aside. 2. In a thick bottom pan add 1 tsp oil and fry the onions and ginger garlic paste. then add the capsicum and saute for few minutes. 3. then add vegetables and let it cook till the vegetables are cooked well. 4. now add salt and pepper. 5. Add the soy sauce and saute for few minutes and add the rice and saute carefully so that rice doesnot break for a few minutes. serve hot. note: If u eat egg then u can also add beaten egg and scramble it before adding vegetables.
