Do anybody know any drinks or dessert made of china grass which in india is know as kadalpasi.. any one from south india should definetly know this ingredient as it is used in the famous drink of south "jil jil jagardhanda"
just try this in place of gelatine and see how it works but it should be soaked in hot water for a few mins till it dissolves before mixing in any thing as its a pure veg version
