China grass with Custard pudding by shravs3 posted Feb 2, 2018 at 1:53 AM Ingredients China grass pieces /Agar agar : 1 cup Sugar : 1 cup water : 3 cups Milk : 1/2 litre Custard powder : 5-6 tsp Few almonds and cashew fried in ghee Method Soak agar agar in water for some 15 min . Now heat this mixture until it melts . Now add half cup of sugar to it .After the sugar melts turn off the stove . Pour this mixture on a plate and wait until it cools. Now cut it into desired pieces. Now Boil the milk ,add Custard powder and the remaining sugar and keep mixing until it thickens. Now take about 4/5 pieces of Agar Agar in a serving bowl. Add the Custard mixture on it . Garnish with almonds , cashew and any of your favourite fruits! keep it in fridge for some 2 hrs before serving it!
