    Court gives priority to mother for child custody, if the following conditions are met.

    - If the mother is not re-married,
    - Mother is mentally stable
    - Mother is financially stable and independant.

    Father will get visiting rights.
    Father shall give maintenance money for Mother and kid...

    At the age of 18, your daughter can decide with whom she would prefer to stay / live
    thereafter..
