Hey, there is nothing to feel bad about it. Investments in Property & Gold are medium to long term for genuine middle class families. In reality do you dispose property & gold during a peak & buy during a fall - i am referring to the middle class. investors with loads of cash are the ones who need to be really worried. anyways try your negotiation skills - probably you might get a discount. with out making an attempt don't assume that u will not get. that would haunt you for life - i could have made an attempt.

There is another news about DABC which disturbs me these.We were dealing with one person in DABC , the marketing mgr (Name starts with "B" .I think we cannot mention names in open forums) and he has resigned.He is suppose to be the pillar I beleive.I don't know whether I should be worried bcoz my friends keep on telling that itz something fishy(They keep worrying and hearing this I also get my piece of it).
i too heard that. the agreement is with the builder & not with employees of builders. in any organization people come & go. if i get a better opportunity, i will also leave and probably my current location on this forum would change from doha to where ever i may go. dabc will definitely honour the committment - that much i can assure you. getting a discount is probable, but completion of project is certainty. i expect the prices will be in the range of 4000 in a years time. if u have plans to sell wait for a year.
