Cooking time – 30 mins No. of portions – 4 Ingredients: Peanuts (roasted) – 2 tablespoon Cheese cubes (grated) – 8 nos Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon Mushrooms (sliced and lightly fried) – 5 (medium sized) Apple juice – 1 cup Vinegar – 1 tablespoon Groundnut oil – 2 teaspoon Tomatoes (finely chopped) – 1 no. Salt as per taste Method: Divide the grated cheese into 4 portions. Put each portion on an oiled non-stick pan and heat till the cheese has melted. Roll the cheese to form a chose while it is still hot in the pan. Cool to retain its shape. Boil the apple juice and reduce it to half the quantity. Add the vinegar and mix in the groundnut oil ½ teaspoon at a time to form a mayonnaise. Mix in the peanuts and mushrooms and add salt as per taste. Put the filling in individual cones and serve.
