    [font=&quot]Ingredients:[/font]

    [font=&quot]½ cup Fenugreek seeds (Methidana) soaked overnight Boil it in the morning.[/font]

    [font=&quot]5 Onions medium sized[/font]

    [font=&quot]2 tomatoes medium sized[/font]

    [font=&quot]2 tbsp jaggery[/font]

    [font=&quot]2 tbsp Tamrind chutney[/font]

    [font=&quot]2 tsp Garlic paste [/font]

    [font=&quot]1 tsp Red chilli powder[/font]

    [font=&quot]Salt as per taste[/font]

    [font=&quot]1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
    [/font]

    1 tsp dhania powder
    [font=&quot][/font]

    [font=&quot]Method:[/font]

    [font=&quot]In a pan take oil, add garlic paste and onions and let it get light brown. Then add tomatoes finely chopped and saute till tomatoes are cooked. Add all the dry masala (Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Salt, Dhania Powder) and mix well. Now add the jaggery and tamrind chutney. Mix well. Add boiled Methi dana seeds and mix well. Garnish with corriander leaves and Serve hot with garama garam Rotis.

    Methi dana clears digestive system.
    It also purifies the blood.
    Due to its bitterness kids dont eat them but chatapati methi is loved by kids due to its sweet and khata taste. [/font]
