    Everyone has their own struggles. What are your daily struggles and how do you overcome it? Anxiety and depression hits me hard.

    1. Keep telling yourself that you have to come out of this.
    2. Listen to brahmkumari Or any other guru you like.
    3. Try to forgive others.
    4. Believe it that what wrong others had done are their sins and God is there to punish them. You need not to get worried.
    5. Take out some time for prayers.
    6. Try to share your thoughts to someone. If not with a single person then share some with different persons.
    7. Cry if you feel to but also find reasons to laugh.
    8. Try to block negative thought to enter into your mind at first. Make yourself understand it will only spoil your mind. Nothing good it will do.
    9. Go out (with precautions ) to cool down your mind.
    10. Keep fighting. You will first start feeling good for some time only. Then with more practice you will be able to increase the feel good time span. You have to continue this practice lifelong.

    Most important is your diet and sleep. Eat all healthy fresh like leafy greens, fresh fruits, veggies. With busy lifestyle making green smoothies is very easy and fast. Add any leafy greens like spinach, kale, Swiss chard and any fruits like wild blueberries or banana. Remember whatever grows on trees is best for us. You are what you eat. Stop eggs, dairy, soy, corn and you will see big difference is your moods. Replace caffeine with lemon honey water. Don’t eat processed food, ready packaged snacks instead eat cucumbers carrots apples oranges whole day. Replace wheat flour roti with millets. Keep good time table, consistent timing for minimum 8 hours sleep. Make all these changes slowly you will definitely feel different.

    I agree that taking of yourself comes as a priority. This is just another challenge that we have to conquer.
