Catering indian food for a party of 15 - suggestions needed

    We are planning to cater Indian food for about 15 people. Is it less expensive to simply order enterees and appetizers separately or should we ask the restaurant to prepare food on a per person basis? Not sure which will save us money

    Any thoughts are appreciated

    hi,

    say for 15 people, ask the restaurant guy how many can eat if i order for 15 people and order accordingly. usually the dessert and starters are correctly numbered so no excesss in them otherwise the rest all like the curry's will be in excess.
