Someone, perhaps at the instance of some vested interests, has filed a Public Interest Litigation' case at the Allahabad High Court, seeking a stay against the proposed Consecration of Sri Ram Temple at Ayodhya on 22nd instant, pleading that the Temple has not been constructed as per Aghama Rules and incomplete. I think this has been done only to stop all the grand arrangements for the 'Prana Prathishtai' of Ram Lalla at the main Temple, without knowing the Aghama provisions that it is not necessary that the entire complex should have been completed before the proposed 'Kumbaabishekam' of the main temple.
Friends, as most of you might be aware that there are 28 Shivaaghamas for construction of a Shiva Temple, its maintenance, installation of Sannidhis, daily rituals, Annual Festivals, etc. (and 2 Aghamas for Lord Vishnu Temples - Vaikaanasam and Paancharaathram).
Among the 28 Shivaaghamas, 'Kaamika Aghamam' is the biggest and more elaborate than other 27 Aghamas, with dimensions of each and every Vimanas,Sannidhis, position of Deities, Consecration and inculcating even the 'Shilpa Shasthra', 'Naatya Shasthra', Pooja Vidhis, etc. Most of the Shiva Temples in Tamilnadu have been constructed according to this Kaamika Aghamam. (Most of the Kerala Temples, excepting a few like the Padhmanabha Swamy Temple in Trivandrum, have not been constructed according to this Aghama).
'Kaarana Aghmam' is followed when constructing a Shiva Temple for some specific reason like Vows , Praarthanais and to celebrate the victory in War by Kings, etc.(Eg. Gangai konda Cholapuram Temple). This Aghamam comes next to 'Kaamika Aghamam' in size and elaboration.
There is one more Aghamam called 'Makuta Aghamam'. If only one Sannidhi (Garbhagriha) and a Vimana above it, is planned, constructed and consecrated, this 'Makuta Aghamam' is followed. For example, the Brihadheeswara Temple at Tanjavur and Lord Nataraja Temple at Chidambaram, have been originally constructed only with one Sannidhi (Garbhagriha) and Vimana
    above, respectively, following this Aghamam.
Chola King Raja Raja constructed only the main Garbhagriha for Lord Shiva, a majestic Vimanam above it and a Compound Wall around and 2 Raja Gopurams (entrance towers). All other Sannidhis and the Big Bull (Nandhi) were erected subsequently by Naick Kings and Maratha Kings, who captured Thanjavur one by one (after the fall of Chola Empire).
In fact, King Raja Raja Chola was inspired to construct a Temple at thanjavur only by the Sri Kailasanatha Temple at Kanchipuram, constructed by Pallavas earlier, where also, there was no other Sannidhis except the main one for Lord Shiva.
Similarly, only the Sanctum Sanctorum for Lord Nataraja and a vimana above were erected originally and Sannidhis for Lord Govindharaja and other Sannidhis, with respective Vimanas came up much later.
King Rajendhra also constructed the Brihadheeswara Temple at Gangai Konda Cholapuram, a replica of Thanjavur Temple, only with one Garbhagriha originally for Lord Shiva according to 'Kaarana Aghamam' as a mark of his victory in war against Northern Kings upto the present day Bengal.
All the above 4 Temples were duly consecrated and Kumbhabishekams were performed, according to Aghamams.
Therefore, nothing is wrong if Consecration and Prana Prathishtai are performed for Ram Lalla at Ayothya on 22nd Jan, as the main Garbhagraha and the Vimanam above are fully constructed, although the entire complex is not .

I feel neither the litigant at Allahabad High Court nor the Sankarachaarya of Puri are not fully conversant with Aghamams.
(Shivaaghmams, if referred to by both of them, can not be applied for a Vishnu Temple).

Thanks to madam for posting valuable inputs. As on date there are 2 PILs for stopping consecration and another that filed by lawyers association . Both are not being taken up by court immediately for hearing. One seeks restraining PM and CM participating in the religious event.
I presume it is subjudice when the issues are in realms of the court but an interesting topic for I intellectual discussion and debate.
    Regards.

It looks the Sankaracharyas were not taken into confidence. It does not sound good. In any case, what was the hurry. It could have ben done after the completion of the temple.

    Dear @HariLakhera

Reasons are not far to seek.
One. The best mhuoortham - most auspicious moment- occurs now today for this kind of installation &
Fotunately for the ruling BJP, it occurs just before the general election due shortly.

    The ceremony rituals
All conducted executed as per plans
    Petition to court to stop/restrain
    All rendered infructuous
Would the court fine the petitioners?

Ram Lalla idol installed turned into deity
    And idol’s blind fold removed.
    God save the Nation.

I am in some fb Indian groups here.
Some people who constantly mocked Hindu Rituals were all talking about the Sankaracharya before Jan 22nd.
These shameless dudes didn't even know Shankaracharya existed. They all became experts on vedas .
    Amusing

The handwritten document of the Constitution of India has a sketch of Lord Ram at the commencement of the chapter on Fundamental Rights. The Constitution of India, the longest written constitution of any sovereign country in the world, was handwritten by Prem Behari Narain Raizada. On January 26, 1950, the Constitution of India came into effect. The artists of Shantiniketan exclusively handcrafted each page of the constitution under the guidance of Acharya Nandalal Bose. Prem Behari Narain Raizada had completed the calligraphy texts in Delhi. The original document contains illustrations of various aspects of the Indian culture such as Ram, Krishna, Gautam Buddha, Mahavir, Akbar, Shivaji, Guru Gobind Singh, Tipu Sultan, and Lakshmibai.Part three of the constitution of the Fundamental Rights page has a picture of Lord Ram, Sita, and Laxman. This sketch depicts that Ram is returning to Ayodhya after defeating Ravana. The Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad posted this on August 05, when Ayodhya was decorated for the ceremony of Ram Mandir. The document is currently preserved in a particular helium-filled case in the library of the Parliament of India
