Yeah i saw a few indian women there and guess what Namrata was telling they could be members of IL ! Who knows..

Just by chit-chatting with me.. the number of posts have become 30 huh ? Good !! Keep browsing thru IL and get to 50 posts soon..

Kimball towers is good.. But the problem is neither the court or towers are on buslines ! It will be difficult then.. How does your husband travel to office now ? Where does he take the bus from ?

may be there are IL ppl here as well.... probably should start a thread to introduce the IL ppl staying in Kimball apts. what do u say??
Yeah true there are no MBTA buses plying here... But there is a bus run by the Town of Burlington called B-Line.It goes via Pearl street to Burlington mall.The only problem is that the frequency is bad.. so morning either 7.30 and 8.30 it passes by our apt. My husband takes the 8.30 one. he reaches by 9am to office. The bus goes via local roads and passes Beacon Village too.evening the last bus is at 5.20pm,which is early to start from office so my husband comes along with a colleague who stays in Kimball Towers.

You will get intruders ( male ) if you start a thread on people living in Kimball. Watch out !

Oh that is why you need to look what is on buslines.. even if it will take some more time. Anywys.. he is managing so no problem.

We were supposed to take Stony brook farms, which is on bus line and also close to so many other facility,not finding a single indian there.. I got a bit worried and refused to take that apt.....

Hmm.. Havent heard of Stony.. Anyways.. it really doesn matter wether you have indians around, Vanitha.. trust me ! What if they dont socialise with you ? Then ?

Now in Kimball have you made any indian friends ? Namrata cribs that the indians there dont even return a smile when she gives them one ! :spin

Stony Brook apartments is near the Burlington post office and opposite the library.

Yeah it happens, few indians especially after coming to the Us look top to bottom and then run a process in their brains if to smile at the other person passing by them. I have faced the same in NJ and have got used to it. sometimes you feel so stupid when u give a smile and they dont respond.

As of now, I just know my neighbour thats all. As I said most ppl in our apt are working thats what i have gathered from my neighbour Sometimes I find that if u have kids then ppl tend to talk to you more...

I am from Coimbatore and speak Tamil. I got married in 2005. How about you?

Hey then stony appartments was the best, Vanitha ! Really !! It is in such a prime location.. Maybe you could suggest this to Vijaya ( NehArj user ).

My mommy is from Cbe. She is an Avinashilingam product of those times.. Our childhood vacations every year was in Cbe and Palakkad. till my granny left us. My mama still lives in Cbe. Near Marudhamalai. Cbe is like my second hometown.

My hometown actually is Blre but I am a malayalee. Got married in 2007.

I agree with the brainwork few indians indulge after coming here. Cant blame them, they are just being too cautious. About the Indians with children part, is news to me. I havent been rejected a smile till now though

U seriously think that apt is good.... My husband's colleague stays there and he has been saying that he wants to shift to a different apt complex cos he feels Stony Brook apt for that rent is an old one and it is small.
I can only recollect a couple of months back we had to choose apts and what a confusion it was.. We saw just 4 apts here in this area.. the 5th one we couldnt locate...

wow....thats nice to hear...someone who knows CBE Oh they must be staying in Vadavalli then... So do u frequent CBE? We used to visit our temple in Palakaad and Kalpathi may once in 2 months and then go to Guruvayoor and Palasena too. Hey so do u watch malayalam movies???

We stay could say centre of the city
so not going out anywhere during the weekend??
