I have Singer Start 1304 Sewing Machine. It has Blind Hem Stitch, but comes with regular presser foot.

Tutorials say use Blind Hem Presser foot when making Blind Hem Stitch. I am unable to purchase Blind Hem Presser foot at this time.

Have you made Blind Hem Stitch using regular Presser foot?

I do have a Even Feed Presser foot. Would this be suitable for making Blind Hem stitch? Have any of you tried?

I wish to attach Saree Fall with Blind Hem Stitch.

Yes you can do a blind hem stitch with the regular foot. You will have to guide the fabric fold to stay centered underneath the foot while sewing. Will be easier if you sew at the slowest speed. Here is a good tutorial. If you already understand how to create the seam allowance you can skip 9 minutes into the video. That's when she actually starts sewing.

Thank goodness I don't have to spend extra $$$ on a foot!
