    thanks for the input ladies. i dint know that hair loss is due to calcium deficiency. also is it true that ladies should start to take calcium tablets after the age of 35?

    u should take calcium supplements as long as u feed ur child. my doc suggested me. she also asked me for blood count and it was 8 so i took iron tablets also.
    u should also take care of ur self.
