Hi all, I heard its good to light lemon lamps for goddess Durga on Tuesdays or fridays specially during Rahu kalam for 9 weeks.Can anyone let me know if we can do this at home? My astrologer told me there is nothing wrong doing at home. Some times it may not be possible to continue for 9 weeks without break.What if we get a break in the middle? Can we continue from next week or should start fresh again? Had anyone done this at home? Pls do share your suggestions and experiences about this pooja.
no, you should avoid lighting lemon lamps to any god, as said by elder people there are many godess inside lemon and we should not cut it.. try lighting Mann vizlaku and you can give lemon as maalai to godess durga. its god lighting lamp during raghu kaalam.
