Can we add salt to Nestum as per baby likes.

My kid likes salted food she doesnt like ones which has sugar. I tried cerelac but since it has sugar in it already she doesnt like if i add salt to it the taste is changed and its not good.
So want to try Nestum. Will it have sugar already???

Anu, i guess the only way we will know is if you try it out. babies kinda surprise us with their taste buds.

I think Nestum contains sugar/honey depending on the flavor you buy.

No, babies who get fed on salty food will have a tendency to be addicted to it..not a good sign for later years. Babies don't need any added salt in their diet.
