Can "Siddha Mangala stotram" be read on behalf of children by his or her Mom?

    Hi All,

    Can someone tell me if "Siddha Mangala stotram" can be read by Mother of a family to get their son or daughter married.

    My parents are looking for a match for My brother and at the same time My
    In-laws are looking for a match for my sister-in-law.

    It is already very late for my Brother, he is 34 now.

    My sister-in-law also should get married it is late for her too.

    Can some one please advice me if "Siddha Mangala stotram" can be read on behalf of them by their respective Moms to have them married soon.
